Q: What other services do you offer besides lists/leads?
A:
In addition to offering outstanding direct marketing lists we also offer turn-key printing and direct mailing solutions, email marketing and Homeowners XDate Direct Marketing services.

Q: How is your data compiled?
A: Our data is compiled from over 3,500 public and proprietary sources including but not limited to, census data, state and local public records and property records. It represents the most accurate and comprehensive repository of marketing information available.

Q: How often is the database updated?
A:
It is in our best interest to provide accurate information to our customers, that said, our databases are continuously updated to ensure that our data is current and of the highest quality.

Q: How accurate is your data?
A:
Our data is guaranteed to be at least 95% accurate. We like to think of our data as 100% accurate, however due to business and consumer mobility, some records may have become undeliverable/inaccurate.

Q: How does the Do Not Call Registry affect my marketing list order?
A:
Approximately 80% of households are registered on the DNC list and this percentage increases among more affluent households. That said, if you plan on conducting a mailing campaign, we recommend buying "phone numbers where available" rather than "100% with phone numbers" due to the fact that up to 80% of consumers have opted-out of getting telephone calls. If you only purchase names of people who have not opted-out, you may be eliminating the best prospects.

Q: Are there any limits to what types of lists I can compile?
A:
There are many options to choose from when compiling a targeted list. We have highly specific and specialized lists that include occupations, ethnic groups and more. All our lists can be customized to suit your needs. If you’d like more information on any prospects that aren’t mentioned, please contact one of our experienced direct marketing specialists.

Q: Are your lists CASS Certified?
A:
Yes all of our mailing lists are CASS Certified, and DPV Processed.

Q: In what format will I receive the data?
A:
If you opt for an electronic list you will receive your data in an Excel (.xls) and CSV (.csv) files. Most of our lists are also available in manuscript form, as well as peel & stick pressure sensitive mailing labels.

Q: How long will it take to get my list after I place my order?
A:
If you request to receive your data electronically you can expect it by the end of the same business day or the following business day depending on the time your order is placed. Printed lists usually ship the next business day.

Q: Do I get exclusivity when I purchase from you?
A:
We guarantee exclusivity for a minimum of 60 days from anyone else in your industry. However the nature of our compilation methods, while assuring accuracy, means that information you receive from us may already be a matter of publicly accessible record and as such we cannot guarantee that the names you receive are not on any other lists.

Q: What information do I get on my file if I purchase?
A:
Names and addresses will always be provided. Any additional information will vary depending on the type of list you’ve chosen e.g. mortgage date, property information, business profile.

PRINTING & MAILING FAQs

Q: What are the benefits of using your printing and direct mailing solutions together with your direct marketing services?
A:
By using our print and mail solutions when you purchase a list or sign up for one of our direct marketing programs, you can be assured that not only are you getting the most comprehensive and high quality direct mailing and telemarketing lists, but you will also be saving valuable time and money by having your marketing material printed and mailed by us. We even provide free sample letters and project quotes.

Q: Can I get samples of your letters?
A:
Samples can be provided upon request or can be viewed in our portfolio.

Q: How do you ship my mailings?
A:
It’s your decision. Your mailing can be sent First Class or Standard mail and we are also able to drop ship your mailing to a post office near your location in order to reduce postage. Ask us about other options.

Q: How long does it take for my mailing to go out?
A:
Depending on the size and scope of your mailing it can typically be scheduled to mail within 5 business days.

Q: How long will it take for my mailing to be delivered?
A:
There are several factors that can affect the delivery timeframe of your mailing, including class of mail (first class presort vs. standard presort), destination, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) designated peak periods.

Choosing the "right" postage for your mailing campaign can be somewhat confusing if you aren't prepared for the cost and delivery implications. First Class Presort is the Postal Service's fastest and more costly approach to mailing, generally reaching its destinations within 1 to 5 business days. Standard Presort mailings typically take 5 to 15 business days to reach its destinations nationwide.

As with any business, the United State Postal Service does experience peak mailing periods which could affect the delivery timeframe of your mailing

Q: Do you process returns?
A:
That would depend on how you would like to handle returns but we are certainly capable of taking care of any returned mail. Contact us with questions.

Q: Why do I have to pay for postage before my mailing begins? Can you just invoice me for the postage?
A:
Requiring postage in advance is standard practice in the Direct Mail industry. This is because the cost of the postage, which can be more than the cost of the entire printing job, is passed directly to the customer with no mark-up. All postage fees must be paid by check.

Q: Are there volume discounts if I place large orders with you?
A:
Yes we do offer volume discounts. Contact our direct marketing specialists to find out more.

Q: How much could I potentially save by using your turn-key printing and mailing solutions?
A:
Every business need is different and unique, so the savings can vary from customer to customer. To give you an example of the potential savings we used the following two examples as just a few of the many ways you can benefit from using our printing and mailing solutions:

XDATE PREMIER FAQs

Q: What is an X-Date?
A:
XDate prospects are households with expiring homeowners insurance policies. These prospects can be targeted according to a variety of characteristics such as home values, square footage and more.

Q: Is your XDate information accurate?
A:
Like all of our lists we guarantee 95% accuracy. The success of this program relies heavily on the accuracy of the data and when using XDate Premier you can be confident that all of the data is accurate and of the highest quality

Q: How far in advance do you provide XDate quotes to homeowners?
A:
Typically we mail out our quotes approximately 30 days prior to expiration. However, we do have the ability to customize this aspect of the program to target households further in advance of their expiration date.

Q: Can I try XDate Premier for one month or do I have to sign a contract?
A:
  There are no contracts to sign with our program. However, it is recommended that you try our program for at least 3 months in order to get maximum test results.

Q: What information do I receive when I purchase XDate Premier data?
A:
The data you receive will always include: the individual’s name and complete mailing address. Other data features such as home value, square footage and year the home was built can be included if your require that information.
